This Privacy Policy describes how BOUNCE ELECTRIC 1 PRIVATE LIMITED (including its affiliates, subsidiaries, group companies, and parent company WICKEDRIDE ADVENTURE SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED) (collectively, "Bounce Infinity", "We", "Us") collects, uses, and discloses information about you ("You", "Your") when you use our services, including our mobile application (the "Service"). By registering for or using the Service, you consent to the practices described below.

a) Information You Provide — when registering or using the Service, you provide personal information used to enable and maintain the Service, improve quality, personalize experience, track usage, provide support, communicate with you, back up systems, enhance security, and comply with legal obligations: name, phone number, email, password, emergency contact number and relationship, blood type, driving license, your photograph, address, age, gender.

b) Information Collected with Consent — with your consent, we may also collect and store: IP addresses used to access the website or mobile application; GPS location of Bounce Infinity vehicles; IoT data from vehicles and interfaces; correspondence you send us (emails, letters, messages); engagement data with our messages (e.g. opened, deleted, forwarded); information from calls, emails and other communications. Data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure (AWS privacy practices: aws.amazon.com/privacy). To opt out of this collection, write to dpo@bounceinfinity.com.

c) Information from Third Parties & Cookies — we may receive information from business partners, contractors, and affiliates, and use cookies to improve your experience (e.g. personalization, session continuity). You can delete or block cookies in your browser, though some features may be limited.

2. Use & Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information for commercial gain. We may share information with corporate affiliates, dealers, vendors, and agents to provide and improve the Service and to communicate in areas of interest. We safeguard email addresses and use them only as directed by you and in accordance with this Policy. We may disclose data when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect rights, property, or safety.

3. Information Sharing Scenarios

Business Transfers: in the event of mergers, acquisitions, or subsidiaries, personal data may be transferred. Legal Compliance: we may disclose information to comply with applicable laws, legal processes, or enforceable governmental requests. Such transfers do not include selling, renting, or disclosing information for commercial purposes in violation of this Policy.

4. Data Security

We employ industry-approved physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards. Sensitive data is encrypted or hashed at rest and is decrypted only when necessary for processing.

Payments: transactions are protected via encryption through our payment partners: PayU Money, Paytm, Payzapp, Razorpay, and Freecharge. We do not access your payment details and are not responsible for the products or services of payment gateways — their privacy policies may differ. Disputes related to payment gateway services must be resolved directly with the respective gateway.

While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and are not liable for unauthorized access or misuse by third parties.

We may modify this Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website and/or mobile application. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

8. Governing Law

All disputes related to this Privacy Policy are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore, India.

9. Location

Bounce Daily collects your device's precise location (GPS) to find nearby hubs, verify you're in a serviceable city, and during an active rental to record the bike's location in the background, even when the app is closed, for ride safety and recovering lost or stolen bikes. Data is sent over HTTPS to Bounce's servers and is not sold or shared with advertisers. You can revoke access from your device Settings or request deletion at dpo@bounceshare.com.
