Bounce Daily rentals are managed through the Android app. You download the app, upload Aadhaar and any required license documents, choose a nearby hub, select a scooter variant and rental plan, pay in-app, and pick up the scooter. Active rentals include battery swap access, maintenance support, GPS tracking, insurance, and uptime management handled by Bounce.

Bounce Daily offers two EV scooter variants. The High Speed variant reaches 55 km/h with around 70 km range and is built for licensed riders, delivery shifts, and longer commutes. The Low Speed variant reaches 25 km/h with around 85 km range and is suitable for students, first-time riders, short commutes, and hyperlocal delivery routes.

A valid two-wheeler driving license is required for the High Speed variant. The Low Speed variant includes DL support at Bounce hubs, so riders can visit the hub or check the app for guidance before renting. Aadhaar verification is part of onboarding, and eligibility depends on the scooter type selected and the applicable rental requirements.

Yes. Battery swap access at Bounce hubs is included in active rental plans, with no separate swap fee listed for rental customers. Same-day rental may be possible after Aadhaar verification, document approval, payment, and scooter availability at the selected hub.
