Yes. Active rental customers can use the Bounce hub battery-swap network without a separate swap charge during their rental period. A depleted battery can be exchanged for a charged battery in minutes, helping delivery partners avoid long charging waits. Battery health, replacement, and network operations are managed centrally by Bounce Daily.

Rental plans include the electric scooter, battery-swap access, maintenance support, GPS tracking, anti-theft measures, insurance, and breakdown coverage.
